Shipping policy
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders of ₹1,499 and above across India.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹110 applies to orders below ₹1,499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, with no extra COD charge.
Dispatch time
Our ghee, honey and oils are packed in small batches. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days of confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
- Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
- Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas and north-east states may take a little longer.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email. We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees and Amazon Shipping.
Damaged or leaked parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or a product has leaked, please email us at gopalakfarms@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
