At Gopalak Farms, we take pride in delivering 100% natural and fresh products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is damaged or leaked during transit.
  • You receive the wrong product.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at gopalakfarms@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Brief description of the issue

Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • If applicable, replacement products will be shipped at no extra cost.

 Non-Refundable Items

🚫 Opened or used products.

🚫 Products not stored as per instructions.

🚫 Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
